How do I find what I am looking for?
You can find information on this site in different ways.
Use the navigation bar along the left side of each page.
Use the search engine, located under the logo at the top, left of each page.
If you ever get stuck while navigating this site, you may always return to the home page by selecting the "Home" link under "You are here:" at the top of each page's content section. This a "breadcumb" style navigation: it provides links to the pages that separate your current location from the home page.

How can I use some of the accessibility features?

I am having trouble downloading a PDF document. What should I do?
Save the file to your computer before viewing. For Internet Explorer users, right-click on the link and select "Save Target As...". For Netscape users, right-click on the link and select "Save As...". For Firefox users, right-click on the link and select "Save Link As..."
Be patient — occasionally PDF documents have large file sizes and may take longer to download/view than other pages online. Depending on your Internet connection, download times will vary.
