Obtaining quality health care is a challenge for many people with disabilities. High health care costs and problems with insurance make the problems worse and lead many people with disabilities to go without the health services they need. This updated Through the Maze details in plain language the federal and state laws that protect Californians with disabilities from a consumer's point of view.
