The National Park Service Continues to Deny People with Mobility and Vision Disabilities Access to Its Parks System

DRA represents a class of people with mobility and vision disabilities who cannot fully participate in GGNRA’s park system due to pervasive access barriers at its parks, facilities, and programs. The lawsuit, which was filed in 2008, seeks to resolve GGNRA’s discriminatory practices and conditions which prevent people with mobility and vision disabilities from fully accessing its parks system.
