The delivery of health related services is in crisis for people with disabilities, who are more likely to be uninsured, receive second-class health care even if they are insured, and pay more for their health care, insurance and benefits than people without disabilities. Such inadequacies have a devastating impact on the health and life of an individual with a disability. By way of community collaboration, negotiation, and litigation, is dedicated to ensuring the right for people with disabilities to access health insurance, health care, and benefits.
