National Federation of the Blind v. Law School Admissions Council

A settlement was reached in 2011. LSAC has agreed to make its entire website accessible to blind law school applicants by early September 2011, in time for the next cycle of law school admissions. The suit was filed two years ago to challenge LSAC’s inaccessible website, which prevented blind law school applicants who use screen reader software from using its website to register for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and to apply to law schools.
