Stuart Seaborn joined Disability Rights Advocates as a staff attorney in 2011. Previously, Mr. Seaborn spent several years advocating for the civil rights of persons with disabilities at Disability Rights California, most recently as the Managing Attorney of Disability Rights California’s Sacramento Regional Office.

Mr. Seaborn has also worked for the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and he started his legal career as a trial attorney at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Seaborn received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1998 and his B.A. from U.C. Berkeley in 1995.
